(Degree Angel: Imamiah (ee-MA-mee-Yah) Passion, Expiation of Errors)
TITLE: FREE AND BUOYANT RISING INTO EXPANDED CONNECTION
Here is the knowledge that our belief system creates an environment that influences others, and that when we liberate our beliefs from limitations it can stimulate the manifestation of creative powers in both ourselves and others. What makes it more possible to rise above the heaviness of the physical realm is to connect with others with whom we can share mutual support in the process of growing lighter.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “An old witch on a windy promontory. She is calling to the sea.” Many people tend to think the forces of nature are impersonal, but in fact, they are directly aware of each individual. They are a part of us, and we of them, and only seem as strangers to us when we make ourselves strangers to ourselves by denying what is within. This degree is about communing with nature, not in a quiet, soft way, but directly and we might almost say, confrontatively.
Pleiadian Symbol: A man soaring through the clouds on a glider. Being able to find and use the right sorts of supports that will allow one to move freely in imaginative and rarified atmospheres. The witch of the Chandra Symbol stands apart from the see. The man of this symbol enters the air and envelops himself in its misty denizens, the clouds.
Azoth Symbol: As a man sleeps, an eye in his forehead opens. Letting go of the conscious mind through relaxation the intuitive sight is opened up.
Seed degree: Cancer 30. A woman with eyes in the palms of her hands and the soles of her feet. (Omega Symbol). Seeing with our mind as well as with our understanding, we have the potential of stimulating each other toward elevated states of being.
Wild grapes growing everywhere. (Chandra Symbol). The lushness and abundance of nature encourages us to voice our desires and commune with the depths of our being.
Fulfillment degree: Cancer 29. A falling leaf gets caught in a spider’s web. (Omega Symbol). Progressively transcending the limits of the material world to a greater and greater degree, we let go of attachment to death, and any and all other changes.
A large school of baby fish swimming in a group. (Chandra Symbol). Through deep emotional communication we come into synchronicity with those around us.
Oracle
In Aab it is traditional for aspirants who practice the art of levitation to do it together, for it is found that groups who do so make far faster progress in the art than those who practice alone.
For levitation, like so many other skills fosters an atmospheric vibration which is amplified when collectively generated. In this manner it is said to be much like love, which amplifies when shared. In fact the wise tend to view gravity as a manifestation of selfishness, and levitation the transcending of it.
