TITLE: THE ABILITY TO INJECT HOPE AND CONFIDENCE INTO SADNESS AND FEAR
This degree has the ability to maintain a cheerfulness and joy no matter what the outer circumstances of life may be. It sees the potential good in everything, and in times of darkness and uncertainty can uplift the spirits of others. It has a direct connection to the life force and a deep sensing that all is ultimately for the purpose of furthering evolution and fostering the good.
The Chandra symbol for this degree is “In a pyramid a dark passageway filled with scorpions.” We could become afraid to progress at all, for fear we will make a misstep, but the result of this will be endlessly waiting in the dark. Stepping lightly, carefully and intuitively into one’s darkest places for the purpose of clearing them is the forte of this degree. When danger is met with confidence and the belief that we are spiritually protected, then any passage can be negotiated and an end to it found.
Pleiadian Symbol: A caravan takes a shortcut through caves. The finding of new and hidden ways to reach goals. The willingness to travel through dark territory to reach a destination.

Oracle
In Tikele, far to the west of Aab, it is said that when it rains there is always heard the sound of birds singing.
The wise have pondered why this is, and after investigating the phenomena have found that the Kilipa birds that inhabit this area soar high into the sky where they sing their songs, which have the curious property of being buoyant, and so rise in the air and enter the clouds. Then, when the rain comes the songs are released and fall back to earth where they are heard as the droplets laden with the Kilipas voices fall on trees and fields.
