You are seeking to join in with the joy of the universe. Sometimes, though, you feel lost and haven’t any idea of which way to go. It’s not so important which direction you take, its more important that you keep your attention on each step of the path. You can’t ultimately control life, and you needn’t try to. Relaxing and enjoying life without making it a struggle is your key to fulfillment.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “Pastry makers.” This symbol transcends the ordinary to create the special, infusing everything it touches with imagination. This lightens up everyone, just as the laughter of the Omega symbol suffuses the forest with ebullience. Joy is both something to let in and something to create, and has the potential to nurture and heal. This degree needs to beware, though, of self-indulgence in an attempt to mask negative emotions, especially feelings of deprivation, and of a tendency to scatter its forces due to a subconscious fear of not being able to succeed.

Seed degree: Aquarius 4. After a long journey the source of a sacred river is found. (Omega Symbol). When you get to the source of all spiritual energy, you can sense its joy echoing all around you.
Many fireflies at dusk. (Chandra Symbol). The many tiny lights that appear to lead guide and uplift as darkness approaches impel us to create things that will delight and uplift others, and make them aware of the importance of little things.
Fulfillment degree: Scorpio 10. In a field of dandelions, a yellow dragon appears. (Omega Symbol). When we are given the choice of whether or not to connect with the joy of nature, we eventually merge with it, and through doing so find our own individuality.
On a human nose a wart that turns into a diamond. (Chandra Symbol). Creating joy and delight in our world we discover that details which we might have found ugly or inconvenient actually hold within them eternal truths.
Oracle
It may be laughter that was always there, but which he was just
beginning to notice. Yes, he realized, the forest was always laughing,
and, having lost his way and being alone, he could hear it now, the
trees, the creatures, the rocks and light all laughing at each other,
laughing in their joy of being together.
It was a quiet, faint laughter, which the wind carried through the
forest. He could hear it echoing in his own heart, and feel it rise from
there into his own throat, until he, too began laughing.
And, once he had found his way out of the forest and returned home he
realized, as he fell asleep, that he could still find the forest inside
him, the laughter there having dimmed to a smile in the night.

One of your greatest enemies is fear of the future. You need to allow your hopes and wishes for it to be a force that guides your present actions. You have an instinct for what could be and for the direction in which energies are headed. You are given this knowledge primarily so you may shift any any toward a more positive course, and also so you can prepare for outcomes.
The Chandra symbol for this degree is “A woman giving birth to twins.” The twins are Gemini, the sign of communication, and the strange and imaginative prophecies are communications that have been given birth to through the intuition. This degree is acutely aware that if one thing is chosen to the exclusion of something else, there is often something missing, and this nagging feeling of loss is compensated for by a continual going back to retrieve what is missing or what was abandoned. It seeks a way to complete itself and can do this when it lets go of expectations and biases and flows with the creative inspiration of the moment – which are the strange and imaginative prophecies of the Omega Symbol.

Seed degree: Aquarius 16. Cliffs hundred of feet high that stretch for many miles along a shoreline. (Omega Symbol). From a great height perspective is gained on the vast sweep of the sea of consciousness, giving rise to the ability to see unsuspected possibilities.
Ground up gemstones to be used as medicine. (Chandra Symbol). When we are able to deeply take in to ourselves enduring spiritual truths what arises in us is a clarity and vividness of communication that, rather than being one-sided expresses the completeness of reality.
Fulfillment degree: 10 Sagittarius. A man being followed by a spaceship. (Omega Symbol). As we tap in to the possibilities for future spiritual growth, we find ourselves coming into contact with energies that wish to further our progress.
A star turning many different colors. (Chandra Symbol). When we are able to communicate in a whole, complete way – meaning that we are able to flow with the inspiration of the moment, we become aware of an increasing number of possibilities.
Oracle
The book told of things that were to come. It said that on a certain day
in a certain forest a yellow bird would alight on the top of a
particular tree. It said that in late fall a single rose would bloom in
a certain crone’s garden, and that a certain old man would remember a
particular day of his youth on a certain moonlit evening, whose day,
month and year were accurately specified.
And it turned out that all these prophecies were true, for he had gone
to witness the fulfillment of each one, as he came to understand that
fate was nothing more than memories of the future.
Cancer 28. Words streaming from a magician’s eyes and filling a blank book at which he is gazing. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Receptive
(Degree Angel: Ariel (AH-ree-EL) Absolute Certainty, Perceiver and Revealer)
There are energies that wish to come forth from you, communications that you need to allow to emerge. Your challenge is to not let your biases and rationalizations stop the process, and to keep your ego out of the way of what is happening. If you hesitate or stop to try to figure out what is going on you slow or blur the process, which wants to be clear and needs you to be its means of manifestation.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A tremendous cave on the bank of a river.” Here is a great capacity to realize what is happening, what is going on in the world, and to see what is underneath it all. This degree makes a lot of connections between various energies, for it intuitively comprehends their interweavings. Almost (or at times absolutely) without thinking, ideas, imaginings and realizations dawn on this degree, coming forth sometimes fully formed and obvious, at other times cryptic and mysterious or uncertain. But in any way you look at it, creative, inspirational, and needing to be harnassed and used. There’s a need here to nurture the highest and to attempt to bring it into realization, no matter how difficult the task or how often one has to once again right one’s course.

Seed degree: Aquarius 28. The entrance to a vast complex of caves beneath a mountain. (Omega Symbol). Entering into the deeper reaches of ourselves we contact a level of spontaneous creativity and information, which, if we are attentive to it, can teach us much.
A tapestry loom. On it a half-finished tapestry. (Chandra Symbol). Realizing that seemingly set patterns can be changed if we so desire to do so, we become aware of the choice between holding to a particular way, or allowing the flow of energies to carry us somewhere else.
Fulfillment degree: Capricorn 10. Many strange and diverse objects are seen floating down a river.(Omega Symbol). Allowing our inner wisdom to come forth we find a wide array of various potentials which we may draw on in the act of creation.
A man drinking blood from the vein in a horse’s leg. (Chandra Symbol). Through transcending the flow of time and entering into the realm of timelessness we are able to take in the vital essence of nature.
Oracle
He had only to soften and still his vision and the downloads would
begin, the words streaming forth from his eyes in the form of
shimmering, flickering colors as they embedded themselves into the
pages, which he continued to turn as needed. And he found that the
downloads would begin whenever he willed them too – there seemed to be
no end to the books that desired to find a home in the pages.
People said that the books were delightful, wondrous, full of wisdom. He
himself never read them, for fear that the words might decide to abandon
the pages, re-entering his eyes and returning the books to blankness.
Cancer 29. A falling leaf gets caught in a spider’s web. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Responsible
(Degree Angel: Asaliah (a-SA-lee-YAH) Global Transformation, Contemplation)
You have an acute sense of knowing what will help other people, and have the ability to provide them with what they need, even if they are not aware of this need – or of what you are giving them. In other words, you work as an undercover agent – sometimes not even knowing yourself what you’re doing.
You can feel where people are stuck, and instinctively know how to help them let go of their karma. You help others to complete their growth processes so they can then move on to a higher level.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A large school of baby fish swimming in a group.” To lose one’s individuality by merging with a group can make you feel safe and connected. It’s true that we’re all one, and to feel and know this heals the illusion of alienation. You have the ability to connect with others at a deep, primal level, a level at which we’re all the same. And if connecting at this level is used to transmit feelings of love, support and caring it can be magical. At worst, though, you seek this level of oneness and anonymity because you wish to avoid the feeling of being separate – for you find individuality terrifying. If this is your motive for seeking that level of oneness, you will never be truly safe and secure, for you will always have to eventually confront your separateness and uniqueness.
The leaf, too, is part of a large group of leaves, all of which will die. As the single leaf of the Omega Symbol falls, it is caught, for awhile in the spider’s web, held in suspension where its individuality may be contemplated before it completes its fall and disintegrates. To lose one’s singularity and be just another leaf on the tree can be joyous, but the other side of this is that every individual has something uniquely special to contribute to the whole.
In essence, death might be experienced as the loneliest of activities, and yet if one’s consciousness is ready for it, the most beatific and complete way of connecting to the universe.
As is usual in all the signs, the 29th degree is most unstable, most unpredictable and most creative.

Seed degree: Pisces 10. A group of people practicing levitation. (Omega Symbol). As we find others with whom we can give and receive encouragement to let go of attachment to the physical plane we encounter all the subtle snares and attachments that bind us to the limitations imposed by time and space.
An old witch on a windy promontory. She is calling to the sea. (Chandra Symbol). We call to our deeper self, and our deeper self answers with an array of truths, all of them different manifestations born from the same source of pure consciousness.
Fulfillment degree: Aquarius 10. A mechanical man is smiling and nodding “yes”. (Omega Symbol). When we realize the programmed responses which have caused our life to be mechanical we are able then to see where we are caught, and find new, creative ways of seeking out the type of nurturing we need to liberate ourselves.
A black raven with a bright red head. (Chandra Symbol). Realizing our connection to group consciousness, we are inspired to overcome our automatic responses to life and come into higher and clearer levels of consciousness.
Oracle
No longer attached to its branch, yet also neither flying on wind or
resting on ground the leaf had been granted a time to feel as if it were
part of the sky, to imagine it was a cloud, that might empty itself of
rain, or evaporate into nothingness, or maybe just wander off into
another sky.
This wonderful feeling of lightness lasted for days, as the spider
respectfully circled it, seeking food.
Cancer 30. A woman with eyes in the palms of her hands and the soles of her feet. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Inspired
(Degree Angel: Mihael (MIH-a-EL) Unity, Fertility, Fruitfulness)
You see so much and feel so much of what is going on around you, and of what is needed by each individual. You can help others to feel more connected to themselves, to each other, and to the world. You realize that all insecurities are illusions – that we are capable of getting on a wavelength of safety and divine peace just as instantaneously as we can tune into it.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “Wild grapes growing everywhere.” Grapes themselves are symbols of abundance, and here we find an abundance of abundances. The woman of the Omega symbol is one of the Taras of the Tibetan pantheon – always on call and ready to help whoever needs her.
This is a vast and plenteous degree. The truth it expresses is that we all already have everything we need. The problem here is that the only way to manifest this truth is to grow into it, by letting go of all self-imposed limitations. It is a task that lasts until the moment of enlightenment.

Seed degree: Pisces 22. All sorts of things trying to distract a man as he engages in a creative endeavor. (Omega Symbol). Becoming acutely aware of all those energies which divert us from our path, we develop an ever increasing vigilance attuned to our spiritual self.

Through engaging in arduous, difficult and challenging experiences for the purpose of expressing our vision of beauty, we eventually come to see the great amounts of food all around us – food to feed our body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
Fulfillment degree: Pisces 10. A group of people practicing levitation. (Omega Symbol). Through knowing that we can always clear any accumulated static, stress, and discord we are abel to focus more and more clearly on spiritual uplifting ourselves and others.

The eyes were in her palms because when she held out her hands she
offered vision to others. And the eyes were in the soles of her feet so
she might see where she was going, even in darkness. Her six eyes looked
for those in need, and found them, often in faraway places, hidden and
remote, places in both the past and the future as well as the present.
And wherever they were she would go to them, so that they would know
that she saw their pain, saw their fear, and, if they would accept the
gift of her vision might themselves see, so that all pain and fear would
be no more.
