Sagittarius 23. Strange tools no one knows how to use. (Omega Symbol) Interacting/Receptive

(Degree Angel: ASALIAH (a-SA-lee-YAH) Global Transformation, Contemplation)

TITLE:  THE NEED TO AWAKEN CREATIVE  ENERGIES AND ONE’S POWER TO INVENT

When the world is looked at without the filters of basic assumptions and taken-for-granteds, everything appears strange. It is difficult to maintain this outlook, but even a brief flash of it can shows us new methods of working and new paths to take, as well as more efficient ways to accomplish what we need to do. The solutions are all there, waiting for clear, unencumbered eyes to see them.

This degree may feel at times inept or inadequate, which is ultimately caused  by the repression of inventiveness.  When this degree allow itself to get into free and non-judgmental experimentation it can come up with the most wonderful and fantastic new means of doing things.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A woman wearing many tiny bells.” The sharp sound of the bells stimulates and awakens the energies of the meridians and as well as the subtle and physical bodies. Wherever she go this woman gently and joyfully stimulates – she’s always waking people up, and with a gentle tinkling rather than like an alarm clock. And when they wake up, it might dawn on them what might be accomplished with the strange tools of the Omega Symbol.

Of course the dark side of this may be the tendency to suffer many small irritations, aggravations and distractions.

Pleiadian Symbol: A boat of wanderers arrives at an island where the Gods have their garden.  In the process of not looking for anything in particular the wondrous and fantastic may be found.

Azoth Symbol: A stream of butterflies moving north.  Hearkening to deep psychic connections with others can move one toward spiritual realms.

Seed degree: Capricorn 3. A reference book on poisons. (Omega Symbol). Understanding the dangers of infectious energies stimulates our intuition to find new and creative ways of both using them for good and when necessary neutralizing their effects.

A woman sniffing pepper and sneezing violently. (Chandra symbol). Clearing the self of irritating influences allows us to wake into an energized, crystalline clarity.

Fulfillment degree: Aquarius 22. A master healing is gradually restructuring someone’s body. (Omega Symbol). When we experiment with tools we don’t know how to use and find creative ways of employing them we are able to change the form of things at a profound level.

A woman making lace. (Chandra Symbol). The sharpening and clarifying of our perceptions gives us a basis for synthesizing the various parts of our experience into a harmonious whole.

Oracle

A certain group of tools found in the tomb of the alchemist Asar Drinad, great-great-grandfather of Irnad the Wise have been carefully studied without ever having conclusively determining their intended use.  Drinad stated in his will that exactly 200 years after his burial his tomb was to be opened and the tools removed.  In all of his writings no esxplanation of the uses for these tools have ever been found.

Irnad, though, through experimenting with them found that one shaped like a pair of tweezers could be used to temporarily pluck a star from the sky.  Using the tool to do this he brewed many different stars in hot water and through the drinking of such teas cured many illnesses.   another tool, which looked like a vise he used to compress the sadness of a person into a small, dark stone which the individual could then carry with him, finding that over time the stone shrank and finally disappeared.  For many other of these tools he found a wide variety of uses.

“These were probably not the original uses for these tools,” states Irnad in his journals, “but being the sort of alchemist who makes do with what’s at hand, I’ve found them most useful.”
