Scorpio 7. A poem has disappeared from a sheet of paper. All that is left behind is a few iridescent stains. (Omega Symbol) Interacting/Sensitive (Degree Angel: VEHUIAH (vay-HOO-ee-YAH) Time Travel, Will and New Beginnings)
TITLE: THE ABILITY TO LEARN ABOUT THE PROCESSES OF LIFE AND EVOLUTION THROUGH THE OBSERVATION AND STUDY OF WASTE PRODUCTS
There is a deep desire here for profound communication, and to express the essence of one’s soul. The way to handle this energy is to freely and joyously attempt communication without becoming frustrated by the limits that time and space place upon it. This degree goes beyond words and any other vehicles of communication until it finally reaches the essence of pure knowing.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A small cave located high in the hills and filled with goat dung.” Former ways of being, with their trials and tribulations, create waste products. If these are scattered about in our consciousness we end up continually stumbling over or stepping into them, which weakens our ability to be present in the moment. The best way to handle these waste products is to gather them together and find a place to store them, so they may break down into fertilizer for the new creative cycles coming in the future.
This degree is about the challenge of letting go of what we’re holding on to so that we may move on. Many times people THINK they have let go of something only to find out later that they’ve merely repressed it. When this degree cannot let go of something it needs to admit the attachment to itself and then find a way to get it out of the way as much as possible, so that it does not disrupt or inhibit its current process. Then, in time, and maybe gradually, the attachment may be released.
The person of this degree is often tempted to mull over remnants of the past, sifting through them for evidence with which to justify himself, or because he thinks by doing so he will gain greater understanding. This activity is usually engaged in because the individual lacks confidence and/or is overly critical of himself, and they may well find that too much digging into and mulling over what has gone before will only reinforce his tie to the past.
Pleiadian Symbol: In ocean’s greenish depths a searcher for pearls. The seeking of pure and clear feeling in the sea of emotion with all its obscurities and confusions.
Azoth Symbol: Deep in a mound an immense white termite queen is giving birth continuously. The desire to attune to the pure and hidden source of creativity and fecundity.
Seed degree: Gemini 26. A man cutting the limb of a persimmon tree to make a wand. (Omega Symbol). The slow and gradual strengthening of our will force allows us to distill our expression into something that is intense and yet subtle.
A cave with carved walls. It is an ancient temple. (Chandra Symbol). Deep in our inner self we find enduring truths which express who we are, as well as the fertilizer needed to feed the garden of our soul.
Fulfillment degree: Aries 19. A skeleton dressed in garlands of flowers. (Omega Symbol). Transcending words and obvious meanings we enter a realm of transformation where we find that death and life mutually enhance each other in their cosmic dance.
Someone performing trephination. (Chandra Symbol). When enough has been stored inside us and reached a great enough degree of fermentation we finally experience a breakthrough into much greater sensitivity and receptivity.
Oracle
A certain poem written by the Poet Cineer Razdan is in need of continual copying to prevent its loss, for the arrangement of the words and the energy with which he has imbued them causes them to begin to turn colors and disintegrate within a few days as they run together, creating pictures that fade and change until after only a matter of hours they have become nothing more than a few iridescent stains.
Mystics have found that each different copy of the poem creates different pictures as it fades away. It is thought by some that these pictures may actually be subtle imprints which come from the reader’s own mind.
