Phase 47. Global Transformation (Ayin Shin Lamed)
Angel: ASALIAH (a-SA-lee-YAH) Contemplation
Scorpio 21: The wind whirling thousands of loose manuscript pages. (Omega Symbol)Interacting/Experimental
(Degree Angel: HARIEL (HA-ree-EL) Long-Range Vision, Purification)
Chaos can rewrite reality, and sometimes that is a good thing. This degree knows when to let chaos have its due. We think that things need to be prioritized in a certain way – that’s our story. But when the plot of our story get ripped apart and re-ordered, a new story can emerge, which reveals new and unsuspected aspects of the self.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A pair of glasses with no lenses in them.” This degree is about seeing directly, although, as the lens-less glasses show, it’s not that simple. Because the lenses are missing the focus here is on the frames and not on what we’re seeing, and the fact of the matter is that it is how we frame things that determines what we see. And the more we look beyond the transparent lenses which are distorting what we’re seeing – often without us even knowing it – the close we will come to seeing the truth.
By shuffling all the pages, the wind in the Omega Symbol allows us to see the manuscript in a new way, a way that does not follow the usual sequence of cause and effect – a way that may seem fragmented, but which allows us to put it together in new ways. This degree is about being aware of how we limit what we see, and through a renewal of our looking finding new ways of seeing and thereby learning more about what we’re looking at than we ever thought we could.
Pleiadian Symbol: An Egyptian pharaoh wanders into New York City.
Azoth Symbol: Small animals searching the forest for food.
Seed degree: Sagittarius 8. Experts arguing over the authenticity of a painting. (Omega Symbol). Debating over the nature of reality leads eventually to the realization of alternate possibilities and the potentially freeing nature of chaos.
The harsh landscape of the moon with a black sky. The earth is not visible. (Chandra Symbol). To explore the most hidden areas of the subconscious leads to a realization of the limitations we place on all experience, and a desire to free ourselves from their strictures.
Fulfillment degree: Gemini 20. Night in the museum, shadows seem to be moving in the paintings. (Omega Symbol). When we allow our mind the freedom to freely invent we see all sorts of possibilities in those things which we formerly thought unchangeable.
A bull stung by a scorpion. (Chandra Symbol). When we become aware of the limitations we place on our experience, our dogmatic mind-set is pierced by the force of creativity and transformation and hence opens up into a myriad of new realizations.

Taras Bahir, mystic of Aab had worked for many years channelling a book which, once finished, he found to be incomprehensible. On his way to the tower of Serapis where he hoped to show the manuscript to the old alchemist who was notoriously clever at solving mysteries, he was assailed by a wind which tore the manuscript from him and scattered it through the forest. Carefully he retrieved it, page by page, over 2000 of them.
When he finally arrived that night at the abode of Serapis it was found that the pages were now in an order which clearly detailed several centuries of the ancient Aabian history which had formerly been unknown to historians.
Scorpio 22: A mountain of old shoes. (Omega Symbol) Interacting/Sensitive
(Degree Angel: HAKAMIAH (he-KE-mee-YAH) Dumping Depression, Loyalty)
This degree has weathered so many journeys, has been to so many places, and not only have widely different paths been traveled, but the same paths have also been traveled over and over. It comes to the point that there is no longer any place to go. The shoes may be removed, for we find we have arrived, and the destination all along has been ourselves.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A rug woven out of rags.” The clothes are our outer coverings, hence, how we appear outwardly. These outer appearances keep wearing out, so we get new ones and they wear out and eventually we have a bunch of rags. All these appearances are supports for our understanding, that is, something for it to stand on, for Pisces rules the feet and signifies understanding. The other major covering of the body, outside of clothes, is shoes, which show up in the Omega Symbol. So much has worn out. Doesn’t it wear you out? No, it only wears out the part of you that wasn’t real to begin with – the real you is eternal and can’t wear out.
Its good to wear out all these outer coverings – go ahead, wear them out, use them up – they are truly grist for understanding’s mill.
Pleiadian Symbol: Lurkers waiting to observe a bird once thought to be mythical.
Azoth Symbol: A man hears an excited message with clarity and patience.
Seed degree: Scorpio 26. A witch dressed in black, her clothes are turning white. (Omega Symbol). When we first ground ourselves we are able to then take in more of the light and then can cast off old forms of understanding so that we may take on newer and clearer ones.
A she-wolf. Her udders full of milk. (Chandra Symbol). Our need to nurture others impels us to get beyond the limits and restrictions of all appearances, and to transform them into supports for our understanding of the truth of who we really are.
Fulfillment degree: Cancer 20. A keyboard which plays colors. (Omega Symbol). So many ways to understand things have been moved through and worn out – due to their limitations – until we arrive eventually at a glorious synthesis of harmonious, living, and vibrant joy that colors our whole life with its beauty.
Many brightly colored tropical fish. (Chandra Symbol). When we are able to derive support from all we have ever been, we enter a realm where we find the expression of truth unique to every situation, and constantly varied in its manifestation.
Oracle
Tura Mountain in the south of Aab is the place where traditionally all the people of Aab take their worn out shoes, which they leave there on rocks, under trees and in any places they might care to do so. Visiting the mountain one is awestruck with the number of shoes one finds there, for it seems that Aab, which is a sparsely populated realm could not have spawned so many denizens, even given the great length of its history.
No one is quite sure of the exact reason for the time honored tradition of shoe burial, but Zingar Reth gives the most plausible and generally accepted explanation. He says that feet signify understanding, and since the soul comes into the physical plane to advance its understanding, it is where it touches the earthly realm, mainly with the feet, that generates this symbology.
The number of potential understandings are endless, and understanding of one sort amplifies all others, hence the urge to bring together understandings so that their multifarious nature may come ever more closely to reflect a wholeness.
Scorpio 23. A man repairing damaged inlays of precious stones on the Taj Mahal. (Omega Symbol) Interacting/Receptive
(Degree Angel: LAVIAH (LAH-vee-YAH) Great Escape, Revelation)
This degree is very intent on protecting what it feels is of value. It can be patiently obsessive and one-pointed. There’s a selflessness here, for that which is protected is not just for the self, but for the world, ultimately. The Guardian of Memories wants to keep alive the most exalted aspects of the past, by rekindling their wondrous fire to uplift us all.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A collection of dolls.” This degree is into the subtleties of how things look and feel, rather than whether they make sense or fit into the protocols of logic and reason. It is very aware of how everything is supposed to be according to what other humans have to say about it, and is also aware that these outer forms are no more than outer forms, and that what humans have to say about anything are no more than opinions. Here is great ability to imagine, to fantasize, and by doing so to get back into the real essence of things, which, if followed faithfully, can clear away all distortions and bring human energy once again back into alignment with nature.
Pleiadian Symbol: In twilight a forest alive with all sorts of creatures, some physical, others denizens from other planes.
Azoth Symbol: Trees ripped from the ground by a violent storm.
Seed degree: Capricorn 2. A painting which causes those who see it to become silent. (Omega Symbol). Finding catalysts that heighten self awareness helps to restore our attunement to our spiritual self and its beauties and wonders.
A wisdom tooth that has been removed from someone’s mouth. It is plated with gold. (Chandra Symbol). To realign ourselves with our innate wisdom helps us to better understand the nature of our own identity and to realize that we may change it if we so desire.
Fulfillment degree: Leo 20. An herb which, if over-consumed, causes one to die of laughter. (Omega Symbol). To honor the past and protect whatever in it is beautiful and noble is a wonderful endeavor, as long as we do not become overly attached to history. When we allow the beauties of the past to recreate themselves in the present so that they shine forth in the moment, we are able to experience the joy of the Now.
A black pearl hidden in an oyster. (Chandra Symbol). To fantasize about so many different types of people and so many various personalities leads us to delve into a deep and mysterious question: Who, exactly, are we?
Oracle
The Taj Mahal serves as one of the primary connecting points between the realms of Earth and Aab. And even though the builder of the Taj Mahal knew not the name of Aab, it was his subconscious desire to connect these realms that inspired him to build this most glorious edifice.
For centuries the same family who created the inlays on the Taj are the ones who pass on to their sons and daughters the skills to keep it in repair. And in repairing these designs not only they are repaired, but the connection to the realm of Aab is also rekindled and kept alive. Of course the Taj is not the only connecting point to Aab, and certainly not the only connecting point on earth which connects to realms other than Aab, these locations of connection being multifarious. And so the streams between realms continue to flow between each other, enlivening all realms with the magic of their waters.
Scorpio 24. Gold turning back into lead. (Omega Symbol) Interacting/Responsible
(Degree Angel: CALIEL (KA-lee-EL) Fertility, Justice)
This degree realizes that life is an ongoing process of constant change, and so any goal is never an end in itself. What is important is what we do with what we have, how we use it, and not the mere act of obtaining it. That which is desired and acquired is eventually lost or rendered worthless unless it is recycled in the service of evolution.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “Coca bushes growing wild in the Andes Mountains.” The coca bush yields substances which, if ingested help one to sustain oneself physically at high altitudes, signifying that this degree knows how to maintain energy at a high level, and how to survive and thrive as it goes to even higher levels.
In the Omega Symbol the lead that has been transmuted into gold cannot sustain the vibrational level of gold – it obviously has not been stabilized at that level – and so it drops back down into the vibration of lead. The point is, when we make changes, we cannot live in that changed state until we can bring enough of ourselves into it to be in it more than in the old state. That’s where chewing the coca leaves come in – to help us attune to a new atmosphere and a new way of being.
In traditional alchemy when there was a failure all the old texts tell the alchemist to go back and do it again – to keep trying, because as you get better and better at making any transformation, eventually the change will steady itself and hold to the new way. This is a very persistent degree, a degree of hope, and of knowing that whatever it takes is exactly what it’s going to expend to move forward.
Pleiadian Symbol: Visitors to the cave of a holy man.
Azoth Symbol: Healers returning to a place where they may recharge their energy.
Seed degree: Capricorn 14. A woman restoring an ancient textile. (Omega Symbol). Through healing the fabric of our lives we become aware that importance ultimately does not exist in just one part of it, but in the whole of it, and the way it relates to the whole of the universe, and ultimately, in the process of the whole.
Beads carved from human bone. (Chandra Symbol). In touching the lives of all who came before us we can find sustenance to continue our own journey into higher territory.
Fulfillment degree: Virgo 20. Worshipers circumambulating a sacred stone. (Omega Symbol). When we realize that every step of every process is an integral part of the whole, we come to honor the physical for the great opportunities it provides us for understanding and growth.
The expanse of the Himalayas in the distance. (Chandra Symbol). Finding what we need close at hand, we learn to use it for our own support, which helps to keep us focused on higher spiritual realities.

In the Museum of Peth there is displayed a ring fashioned of a most rare and peculiar metal. Its ore was mined in the Eluthar region, famous for its opals. It was there, among the densest lode of opal deposits ever discovered that tiny gold nuggets were found also, of a strange, faintly shimmering color which was thought to have been caused by millenia of exposure to the opals.
When the alchemist Kanir Rendar fashioned a ring out of these gold nuggets it was found to attain to a state of pure gold at every New Moon, and by two weeks later during the Full Moon to have turned to pure lead.
For many years it was worn by Princess Zarabar of Dandria, the famous eccentric, who used its magic to delight and surprise her companions, for by every New Moon the ring caused her to appear as a beautiful young girl, and then by the time the Moon had become full she had turned into a wizened old crone.
Scorpio 25. A composer of simple melodies. (Omega Symbol) Interacting/Inspired
(Degree Angel: LEUVIAH (LOO-vee-YAH) Dialing God, Expansive Intelligence/Fruition)
This degree has a simple and direct way of expressing itself that is beautiful, memorable, and which can make a vivid impression. It has to do with the removal or reduction of complexities that then allows the true essence of a thing to shine through. This gives the world a clarity that is revealing and refreshing – a window into the realm of spirit.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A doctor experimenting on himself with new drugs.” Here is a doctor who is utterly dedicated to his patients and wants to know firsthand the effects of his treatments. There’s much fearlessness here, as well as curiosity, together with a determination to innovate. This symbol seems so drastic compared to its Omega Symbol counterpart, though the Omega Symbol makes us aware that there is a side to this symbol of joy and beauty. The simple melodies are healing and magical formulas in the form of note sequences that summon the elementals and angels of healing.
The doctor of the Chandra Symbol is protected by his loving intent, which surrounds him with powerful nature spirits.
Pleiadian Symbol: A lost knight finds a hidden doorway into a mountain.
Azoth Symbol: An unknown language is being decoded.
Seed degree: Capricorn 26. A castle made of clouds appears at sunset. (Omega Symbol). Witnessing the beautiful and imaginative imagery of nature as it passes inspires us to express ourselves in a limpid way that touches the hearts of others.
A solitary grave in the midst of a cornfield. (Chandra Symbol). Hidden energies in ourselves that need to be released impel us, eventually, to experiment with new experiences in an attempt to find new roads to healing ourselves.
Fulfillment degree: Libra 20.In a lush dark forest a unicorn prancing. (Omega Symbol). The simple and beautiful melody that spontaneously comes from us takes us to a place of rest and rejuvenation where we meet the purity and truth of ourselves.
A man with a single horn coming out of his forehead. (Chandra Symbol). The courage to try new things for the purpose of bringing healing into the world ultimately have a powerfully potentizing effect on our intuition.

The Codex of Aramono in the Library of Peth consists of a line of musical notes written on 13 staves to a page and densely covering 1706 pages. The notes are separated into groups periodically by a red line, into what is assumed to be separate melodies, the longest of these being 27 notes and the shortest 8.
Alchemists have been researching these notes for many centuries and have found that some sequences call particular birds, reptiles, insects and other fauna, while many other sequences evoke a different strong emotion in the one hearing it, that appears to be unique to that sequence. Other sequences will cause the same dream to be had the next night by anyone who hears it. The diverse and varied effects of many of the sequences have been recorded, but the uses of most of the others is still unknown.
The Lady Alchemist Serita has devised a system of therapy whereby she picks certain of these sequences to heal her patients. According to her the selection is made on a purely intuitive basis, though no one else who has attempted the same procedure has ever been able to duplicate her extreme success in this protocol.
