You’re aware now of your negative thinking and the dark places in your psyche. Don’t struggle against them, for that will only feed them energy. Be an observer of yourself. As long as you don’t hook in to your own fears but just allow yourself to experience them they will dissipate. You are cleaning your inner house now and rearranging your mental furniture. If you consciously ask for help now the forces of the universe will bring to you situations and people who will help you to get on a more positive wavelength.
