If you feel like going against what’s happening it’s probably because you need to — and you have the ability to do this in a highly uncompromising and even masterful way. This is the time to stick to your guns and really show your integrity to others. If someone is trying to turn the heat up under you, stay cool and impervious to being pushed around. And also, its always good to have an escape route, and to go hide if you need to. Tenacity will win the day, as will vacating the premises when you need to.
