Something is bugging or oppressing you and you need to first of all identify what it is, and then throw off as much of it as you can. There is a way of being responsible without having to feel the oppressive weight of responsibility, a way to carry your burdens lightly and this is what you need to seek. You can’t take care of everything, so decide what’s most important and focus on that. If there are more problems to solve than you have time for, let them go and allow others to pick up the ball.
