A soft, gentle, and mild approach is what will work best for you now. Do stay on track with your agendas, bug be patient and don’t push anything to hard, or before its ready to yield results. You may need to take some detours to get where you’re going, but they are necessary and will yield results. Don’t be too self-critical or too perfectionistic.
