TITLE: SURRENDER TO THE EVOLUTIONARY PULL OF CYCLES or TO BE IMPELLED FORWARD BY DEEP YEARNING
This degree has an awareness of all the stories that have ever been told, and all the feelings that have ever been felt. It knows that there is ultimately nothing new. Cravings and desires are the materials from which the self creates dramas, and once all the dramas have been exhausted one is free to play the blissful game of consciousness without the burden of attachment.
The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A spring festival. The participants are in a state of ecstatic frenzy.” When we align with the energy of any particular time or aspect of a cycle, we take on its power. This degree is about being in tune with what is happening and going along with it in a wholehearted, exuberant way. When we give in to the urge to celebrate life we renew ourselves and realign with cosmic order.
It is interesting that the Omega Symbol for this degree alludes strongly to the past, whereas the Chandra Symbol presents a joyous present that looks on the future with hope. Be it past, present or future, this degree is about savoring the moment, be that moment laden with memories, hopes, or simply embracing an immediate joy.
Pleiadian Symbol: Searching for a lost friend a man lands on a remote island. The willingness to go to far lengths to reconnect with missing parts of the self. The desire for wholeness takes us to many forgotten and/or unknown places, and results in the wildly joyous renewal of the Chandra Symbol.
Azoth Symbol: A man visits his own history in the Akashic Records. Wanting the complete truth and the ability to access it, which gives rise to the realization that before it can be totally assimilated the consciousness must be ready to receive and understand it. Therein lies the work.
The emptiness of the perfume bottle of the Omega Symbol contrasts with the fullness and completeness of the Akashic Records in this symbol. The liberating of any particular set of memories and the clearing of their karmas allows us to get a clearer and clearer overview of the great picture of the whole or our karma.
Seed degree: Capricorn 18. A forgotten painting stored in a vault. (Omega Symbol). Pictures of the past, lost to memory leave residues in the imagination.
A black leopard with green eyes. (Chandra Symbol). Fierce and wild desires burst forth, activated by the light of a new cycle.
Fulfillment degree: Virgo 30. A man catching a ripe fruit as it falls off a tree. (Omega Symbol). The vagueness of the past becomes focused in the fulness and completeness of the moment.
Supersensible beings appearing as geometric forms. (Chandra Symbol). Abundant joy transmutes into a connection with the patterns of nature and with the consciousness working through them.
Oracle
The perfume know as Khaat was fomulated by the famous perfumer Alarad Razeek in ancient times. The formula was kept secret, and, when he died his papers were searched for it, but it was never found.
My friend the princess Shanaar owns a crystal bottle which belonged to a queen of the far past, and which is said to have once held this perfume. She tells me that although most people who sniff the bottle smell nothing, there have been a handful of people, over time, who have caught a distinct scent of something so alluring to their imagination that they cannot forget it, and that from then on the fragrance will appear to their nostrils out of the air in unexpected times and places.
This happened to the perfumer Aleek Dusara, who was haunted by this fragrance for many years, and finally, telling the perfume that he desired to rebirth it, was granted a dream in which the forumla was given to him.
And so it is said that just as people have affinities for certain fragrances, fragrances as well have affinities for certain people.
