Leo 18. A man walks into the pages of a novel. (Omega Symbol) Manifesting/Receptive

(Degree Angel: Manakel (MA-na-KEL) Accountability, Knowledge of Good and Evil)

TITLE:  THE ABILITY TO SEE POTENTIALS AND TO FIND WAYS TO ENTER INTO THEM

You have the ability to mold yourself to any given reality, and this ability to relate and interact with vibrancy in all sorts of contexts means that you are a go-between between different groups and different ways of living and feeling. You take on and reflect your environment in a way that can make others far more aware of themselves and their belief systems.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A rose bush. Many buds, but no flowers.” This symbol may seem frustrating, but it is only a matter of time until the roses bloom. The fact that there are many buds is promising. One needs only to meet the bush’s needs – water it, protect it from frost, etc. – to bring the blooms forth. This degree is about nurturing the self by figuring out what will make it thrive and grow. The man of the Omega Symbol walks into the pages of the novel because he must need what the the novel’s story has to offer. The stories we tell ourselves and the stories we are drawn to are reflections of our own story, and are a key to what it is we need to fulfill ourselves.
We cannot manipulate the rose bush into blooming, and there is no need to try to make happen what will occur effortlessly anyway. The secret of success for this degree is to meet the needs of the moment, which is the best way to create an optimal future. And to listen carefully to the stories we’re telling ourselves.

Pleiadian Symbol: An alchemist conversing with his chemicals and equipment.

Azoth Symbol: A cave in which people have lived for thousands of years.

Seed degree: Libra 29. In a spiritual text, a man searches for hidden codes. (Omega symbol). Searching for truth in the outer world we find there the images and fantasies of our inner life, and realize them as being an intimate part of us.

Servants giving a woman a bath. (Chandra Symbol). Giving and receiving, we contribute to the full blossoming of love.

Fulfillment degree: Virgo 12. To test her fears a woman takes a walk alone at night in a grave yard. (Omega Symbol). Through entering imaginatively into other worlds that reflect our desires, we there encounter also our fears – and this happens so that we have the opportunity to heal them.

A dog sniffing a dead animal. (Chandra Symbol). Anticipation of whatever is blossoming in our life always leads to a greater awareness of what is passing away from us.

Oracle

Word follows word but he was following the echoes of words as well, which moved in many directions, including paths that cut across the established orders. He could have become another character, but preferred to be just an observer, for he liked the novel as is, and feared losing it into another. Which means that none of the characters saw him, or at least pretended not to, as they moved through their own worlds and landscapes.

He realized that this way of reading seemed to produce greater whispering, as if the words were talking in their sleep, and which grew louder and clearer as he wandered back and forth, avoiding the end so as to savor longer his own delicious inventions seeping into the author’s.

Leo 19. A painting is cleaned, revealing colors of otherworldly beauty. (Omega Symbol) Manifesting/Responsible

(Degree Angel: Eyael (AY-ya-EL) Great Expectations, Transformation to the Sublime)

You are working always to clean away the overlays to your being – the parts that aren’t really you, so that your authentic self can emerge. This can be a gradual process, and even when you think it is complete, you may find more layers to remove that can reveal even more brightness to your being. Your example helps others to express themselves more is a way that is more truthful to their spiritual core.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A humming bird feeding at a trumpet vine.” The humming bird needs very its very particular food if it is to survive. And the painting, too, needs a specialist if it is to be revealed in all its glory. This degree is about needs, and defining them exactly and clearly. It is a degree completely opposed to the generic and pre-packaged. It is a deep respecter and supporter of the integrity and subtlety of individuality. The result of its inspired and visionary actions is that the world becomes a brighter place, and this world is brought more into alignment with the fairy realms.

Pleiadian Symbol: Revelers on a river raft floating to the ocean.

Azoth Symbol: All her life a woman sees mountains in the distance to which she has never gone.

Seed degree: Scorpio 11. Shadows of trees lying on a vast lawn. (Omega symbol). When we see how higher truths are at work in the world around us we are able to clear away all that is confusing and obscuring from our existence.

Gnarled twisted trees against an overcast sky. (Chandra Symbol). Perceiving the stark realities of life and realizing how we are cut off from our spiritual self, we come to see our own unique needs and set out to find those specific foods which they need.

Fulfillment degree: Libra 12. A man gathering seeds from a white morning glory. (Omega Symbol). As we clear from our consciousness anything that obscures our clear vision of who we really are we foster a new cycle of waking up to further expansion of spiritual growth.

The burning of a bough of sage. (Chandra symbol). Finding that which most perfectly fulfills our needs we find the strength to clear our environment of all disharmonious and stagnating energies.

Oracle

Those of a past era found the colors of the masterpiece too otherworldly, too disturbing of their own version of how the world should look. In these instances, when colors speak in uncanny ways, or reveal what they should have been hiding, it becomes necessary to protect ourselves with overpainting, so that the hues of normality may defend us from the tortuous ticklings experienced by the eye when inundated with the shimmerings of desire.

And then centuries later, when a yearning arises to look deeper, and we begin to feel at last the suffocations of the average, the masterpiece is taken to the laboratory and a layer carefully removed. And there we find underneath, happily, the humdrum has actually served to preserve the sublime’s true colors.
