Don’t let things stagnate. Be emphatic. Ask for what you want. State your needs and position. Anything you do half-heartedly won’t work well now. You need to put the whole of yourself into what you’re doing. Passion wins the day, for when you’re passionate people will know that you’re serious about what you’re saying. when possible take direct action, be audacious, and let the chips fall where they may.
