Birds are a symbol of the soul in terms of the soul’s ability to take flight and to soar above the material world. When we connect to others on a soul level we find that the lightness of being in ourselves touches the souls of others, creating a greater lightness in them. Allow yourself to be light today, and to share your lightness with others. In doing so we may all reinforce our spiritual connection to each other, and to the universe.
