Angel: Achaiah (a-KA-hee-YAH) Patience

Taurus 1. To cleanse them, crystals are placed in a stream.(Omega Symbol) Manifesting/Experimental

(Degree Angel: Lecabel (LAY-ca-BEL) Finish what you start, Intellectual Talent)

You’re always table to take a fresh, clean, clear approach to life, reentering into the flow around you once again, as washed of preconceptions as you are able to be. Others need to witness you doing this so they might also learn how to do it. It is such a beautiful, simple approach to life, and laden with such power.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A red garnet ring. The garnets glow.” The word “garnet” means seed. The glowing seed is ready for planting, for grounding, so that what is hidden within it may manifest in the outer. This degree reveals the life force in its pure and simple impulse to grow and unfold – to become freed enough from the past and its preconceptions to be able to enter into a new cycle of growth – to reveal what’s inside.

Hands lay crystals on the bed of a stream. Petrified water they are, stones through which light passes, invisible except for edges and fractures. The water flows around and past them, a soft, continuous abrasion polishing to nothingness what is already smooth, the light trickling through them. Silently the still crystals witness the flow as they gradually disappear.

Taurus 2. A saint’s bones have turned to pure gold.(Omega Symbol) Manifesting/Sensitive

(Degree Angel: Vasariah (va-SAH-ree-Yah) Memories, Clemency and Equilibrium)

You are looking for what is absolutely enduring, essential, and of ultimate worth. It can make you slow, patient, persistent, and completely set on what your doing. This may frustrate others who want you to be more flexible, or move faster. But you know what you’re looking for, and if you keep focused on it, you will find it.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is, “Wilting flowers form a graceful pattern in a vase.” The bones endure and are made of a valuable metal that doesn’t tarnish. The wilting flowers are highly perishable – soon to revert to dust, and in the context of the world’s values, worthless. What lasts – what doesn’t last – its all beautiful, its all pure and holy. Worth is an illusory quality, continually transformed through the process of evolution.

You are intent on creating change in life, of finding ways of turning around unfulfilling situations and finding ways out of old, set patterns, so that a higher vibration is attained, and a new level of consciousness achieved. You instinctively know how to attune to energies that can help and guide you to achieve your ends.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A sleepwalker.” The crossroads is present – the place where the roads of past and future meet. There we always are, and what we are burying there is the karma we are creating in that moment. We pray that that karma is light-filled. The sleepwalker is at the nexus where waking and sleeping meet – where dreams meet the outer. We are all sleepwalkers – playing out our dreams until, eventually we enter the Perfect Awakening.

(Degree Angel: Lehahiah (Lay-HA-hee-YAH) Forget Thyself, Obedience)

You have a knack for finding the way to wonderful places, but will anyone follow you there? Your creativity is of a very specialized sort – don’t let yourself be frustrated if you get negative responses from others concerning it. Do what you do best, and eventually your work will find its ideal place in the scheme of things.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A man talking in his sleep.” The linguist is attempting to be utterly objective about communicating. The man talking in his sleep is being totally subjective. These extremes of communication styles are vehicles through which the spiritual light is attempting to shine. The question is, will anyone understand what you have to say? And the answer is, everybody will understand something different, some will understand completely, others not at all. But no matter what, you have to say what you have to say, so say it – the light works in mysterious ways.

To perfectly communicate — is it possible? The linguist wonders. She decides that if words could only be more specific, then communication could attain a perfect clarity. And so she’s making up words, names for clouds she’s just seen, dictionaries of various names for colors — depending on the time of day, season and weather conditions in which they are viewed, and thousands of words for emotions which all contain an elaborate sequencing of vowells, but no consonants, as well as words invented solely for the purpose of more specifically defining other words.

Eventually she feels she has too many words, and decides to give them away as presents.
People begin receiving anonymous gifts of cornucopias spilling forth endless words, and word pictures big as gargantuan trees bursting with leaves covered with poems that wither, and falling, rot into fertile silences.

Taurus 5. In a faint light, a maps coastlines are vague.(Omega Symbol) Manifesting/Inspired

(Degree Angel: Chavakiah (cha-VA-kee-Yah) Sexual Energy, Reconciliation)

Things are worth more and are of deeper significance than they look, and its your destiny to seek out the hidden richness that is all around you.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “Tiny porcelain figures of people.” The tiny porcelain figures are a collection of personality types, characters from plays, novels and history, as well as mythology. People who have been, could be, might be. We’re trying to understand all the different possible types and kinds of humanity, trying to get a feeling for the limits and boundaries of consciousness – it’s coastline. What this creates in us is a rich, imaginative and endlessly inventive inner life that ultimately helps us to transcend the limits of personality as well as help others to become freed of the burden of personality by seeing themselves as denizens of a dream or fairytale.

A fork in the road with a blank signpost. (Chandra Symbol). Not knowing which way to go (and/or giving ourselves the permission to be arbitrary or experimental in our choice of direction), we are free to try on different identities, or to base our actions on what we think others might do.

Fulfillment degree: Aquarius 3. A man in a boat wakes up just in time to avoid a waterfall. (Omega Symbol). Softening our focus allows us to see with greater clarity the needs of the moment.

A vast ornate Hindu temple depicting hundreds of Gods. (Chandra Symbol). Seeing so many different types of beings we come to realize that they are all divine manifestations of consciousness.

The mapmaker studies himself in a mirror.
He’s curious about coastlines, even his own.
Dusk has come and he can hear the waves breaking against his outline, which is becoming indistinct.
It’s dark now, and he’s fallen asleep, dreaming himself into other shapes, ones he can never quite make out.
