Scorpio 3

We associate pigs with gluttony and over-eating. The Symbol, though, does not say how much they are being fed. Are they being stuffed with as much food as they can possibly hold, or are they being fed a healthy amount? Scorpio is the sign of desire, and over-eating is often an attempt to fulfill oneself when one has been starved or denied in other areas. At its best you revel in what’s taken in, be it love, a beautiful painting, a sunset, or a bowl of macaroni and cheese. If, though, you are not in deep and sincere touch with your true desires you may binge periodically in an attempt to take in something you feel you never quite get.
