Phase 36. Fear(less) (Mem Nun Daled)

Angel: Menadel (Meh-na-DEL) Inner/outer work

Virgo 26. Under the full moon, a sagging balcony. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Experimental

(Degree Angel: Vasariah (va-SAH-ree-Yah) Memories, Clemency and Equilibrium)

You are aware, both in yourself and others, of a great accumulation of feeling that has happened over time, we well as the need to unburden ourselves from this. We all need to explore the hidden parts of ourselves, but we can’t do this all at once – it would be too overwhelming. And so you know how to proceed gradually, and if you keep in tune with your instinct it can tell you how to do this.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “An old man counting gold coins.” Gold is the metal of the Sun, and, of course, each coin is shaped like the Sun. The sun signifies meaning and purpose, and here we find many meanings, many purposes, which add up to a richness, a wealth, an abundance – which goes beyond the singular meaning and purpose of our own Sun, which is just one among billions of other Suns.

So much may be accomplished with all this meaning and purpose. The goal here is to be aware of it all, to be aware of the wealth that we may draw on, and to help others to be aware of it. This degree can be very adept at healing poverty consciousness. It is interesting that the Omega Symbol of this degree alludes to the planet which is the polar opposite of the Sun – the Moon – and that the Omega Symbol alludes to poverty and lack of support. The balcony wants to lift us up, but it has become weakened by time and the elements. Emotional fulfillment, though – as symbolized by the full Moon – is possible, if we can become aware of the weakness of our supports and know how to rebuild and strengthen them – and this degree does.

Pleiadian Symbol: A worshiper lighting sandalwood incense in a temple dedicated to Ganesh.

Azoth Symbol: People carrying bundles of kindling from a forest.

Seed degree: Aquarius 6. Seeing a stone lion in a museum a young girl asks her parents if they are in the zoo. (Omega Symbol). The girl senses aliveness in this seemingly non-living museum object. Her instincts tell her the truth – everything is alive, and when we realize this we become capable of seeing what in us needs support and repair, which we can accomplish if we act on our inner sensings.

A gardener with just one leg. (Chandra Symbol). Lack and difficulty can lead us to deeper and deeper realizations of all that we have.

Fulfillment degree: Scorpio 15. Intently and faithfully a man observes his own breath. (Omega Symbol). Freeing ourselves of the heaviness of the past and its oppressive memories we guide our consciousness always back to the present moment, which is the source of all healing.

A woman with a gold tooth. (Chandra Symbol). Clearly assessing what we have we eventually go beyond the satisfaction of mere ownership and find ways of using it to restore our power in a real way.

Oracle

She peered out the door at the balcony, yearning to step onto it and enter the moonlight. She knew, though, that it could not support her, at least not until she had passed from this world and could then view the moon from it as a spirit, divested of her shadow’s heaviness.

Virgo 27. A cup made from a skull. It is filled with dark wine. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Sensitive

(Degree Angel: Yehuiah (yay-Hoo-ee-YAH) Revealing the Dark Side, Subordination to Higher Order)

The mind can generate such debris in its continual playing around. You know that this debris can be like fertilizer. We can’t get away from it, for if we struggle against it we will only set up a conflict between ourselves and it. The best way to handle this is to allow ourselves to feel what we are feeling, and to the depth we’re feeling it. This will ultimately release and purify the mind.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “The magician disrobes. He has no sex organs.” The lack of sex organs here signifies the transcendence of duality and the overcoming of separateness. There is a tremendous ability here to see beyond the outer, to use the analytical power of Virgo to cut through surfaces and find the truth. The skull of the Omega Symbol signifies the past, and the wine within it is the wisdom and learning to be gained from completely assimilating what the past was trying to teach us.

At its highest this degree has the ability to take in the past so deeply that it can then overcome dualities and fully arrive, as if by a miracle, at the present, where, looking with an unclouded vision it sees things that may have gone long unrecognized.

Pleiadian Symbol: A famous geisha performing the tea ceremony.

Azoth Symbol: Transparent fish swimming in a sea of vivid blue.

Seed degree: Aquarius 18. A cloud in the middle of an empty sky has lost its way. (Omega Symbol). When we give up our need to cling to agendas and embrace the inevitability of death, we are able to contact our deepest passions.

An American Indian woman in a canoe. She is gathering wild rice. (Chandra Symbol). Taking from nature the nourishment it offers to us, in an attitude of grateful acceptance, provides a basis for letting go of the dualistic pulls of identity, so that we may simply be ourselves, and thereby discover our inherent magic.

Fulfillment degree: Sagittarius 15. Prized possessions are disappearing, one by one. (Omega Symbol). When we allow ourselves to become immersed in our deepest passions, we lose the need to own anything, for we become one with all of nature.

A tidal wave approaching. (Chandra Symbol). It is duality itself that is the basis of all our attachments, and once it is let go of, vast and sweeping changes will inevitably occur.

Oracle

Virgo 28. A baby experiments with different sounds its mouth can make. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Receptive

(Degree Angel: Lehahiah (Lay-HA-hee-YAH) Forget Thyself, Obedience)

You innocently try out things and experiment with energy, and in doing so you can open up new paths of communicating. The most difficult thing is to keep doing this without judging it or allowing the reactions of other people to divert or stop you. Life is a piece of equipment – a very large, elaborate and mysterious one, and you’re determined to explore it.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “Autumn leaves pressed in a book.” Here is a reminder that all things are going to die, and based on this a need to continually correct one’s course by ridding it of whatever doesn’t support personal evolution. Both this symbol and its accompanying Omega Symbol have about them a feeling of simplicity – a quality not usually associated with Virgo. It is here that Virgo turns its attention to the need to clear out what is unimportant and continually reform its existence so that it is more closely a clear expression of who one really is – just like the baby keep re-forming its mouth to see what sounds can be made.

Facts and information can actually build up as a kind of garbage which then requires Virgo’s purifying aspect.

Pleiadian Symbol: Moonlight reflecting off the shiny head of an old man.

Azoth Symbol: A city that can hide in and be called forth from a magical gem.

Seed degree: Aquarius 30. Because they’re sure a treasure is there, people dig on an island for many years. (Omega Symbol). Innocent curiosity, when allowed to express itself becomes a potent force of seeking that always tends to engage others in its process.

A large pool filled with white water lilies in bloom. (Chandra Symbol). The purity and beauty of our feelings can create an attachment to the past, but can also – if we allow ourselves to experience them deeply and totally, help us to appreciate all phases of life, including its decline and passing.

Fulfillment degree: Capricorn 15. An angelologist explains the sacred hierarchies. (Omega Symbol). Innocent experimentation with our own creativity helps us to perceive more and more clearly how the spiritual light is structured to uplift us in every way.

A woman wearing a necklace of skulls. (Chandra Symbol). The memories we have hidden away inside us eventually accumulate to the point that we become aware of the vast expanses of time through which we have lived and will live, which allows us to eventually let go of fear and attachment.

Oracle

Some of the sounds were the blue of young skies, others the pink of dawn, or the yellow of baby chicks. In the morning of words the vowels glowed with pleasure and wonder, even the sad ones were clear as water trickling over glass. The consonants shyly apppeared, like flower buds. Noises, the prima materia of random sound in which swam the wiggling, squirming seeds of all stories, happy to be alive.

Virgo 29. Pagans purifying themselves beneath a waterfall. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Responsible

(Degree Angel: Chavakiah (cha-VA-kee-Yah) Sexual Energy, Reconciliation)

You know that the world is there for us to use for our own growth, and that if we do this in the right way it is harmless to the universe, and supports all of life. You have a great ability to make use of what is there in ways that can be joyous and simple. Your approach to existence is refreshing and generous, which can generate much magic power to nurture us all.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “A witch preparing magic mushrooms.” Mushroom grow up very quickly, and rot very quickly as well. The witch is aware of this – aware that things must be used in their immediacy, that every moment is soon to die, but in its flowering has a potency and usefulness which can be employed. Trying to be perfect can be lethal in that it can inhibit one and thereby cause one to lose the myriads of opportunities that are continually passing.

This degree is about overcoming the minds tendency to want to dominate and instead attuning to and moving with energy directly.

Pleiadian Symbol: A long sought after formula is finally found in a rare old book.

Azoth Symbol: An explanation of a hidden reality.

Seed degree: Pisces 12. A fantastic archaeological find is being kept secret. (Omega Symbol). After trying to maintain control over the self through repression, the ego gives up and immerses itself in the healing flow of nature.

A woman asleep in a ring of flames. (Chandra Symbol). Our life sleeps in the center of our being, waiting for our consciousness to move through the healing flames that will burn away the ego so that we may merge totally with our power. This then, becomes the basis of a full, creative employment of our inner wisdom.

Fulfillment degree: Aquarius 15. A geisha applying her makeup. (Omega Symbol). Clearing and cleansing our energy fields, we are ready to consciously take on the creative role we have chosen to play in life.

A jade burial suit. (Chandra Symbol). When we practically use our wisdom by tuning in to the spiritual needs of the moment we build up around ourselves a protective force field that assists us in keeping focused on our work.

Oracle

They put aside their feathers by the pool, and entered naked the falling water. The goddess cooled them, her white hair falling from the high rocks, her splashing washing away the dark footprints of demons who had journeyed through their auras.

Her lover the light always came to play in her, and they, as they bathed washed themselves with his sparklings and shadows. Sighing, the rocks’ bellies rose and fell, yielding their hardness to her and growing soft beneath her touch.

Virgo 30. A man catching a ripe fruit as it falls off a tree. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Inspired

(Degree Angel: Menadel (Meh-na-DEL) Fear(less), Inner/outer work)

Is life easy, or is it work? It all depends on what we need. If you try to get out of work that you need to do, something will always pull you back to it. If you tune in, though, to the generosity and fullness of the universe, you can truly transcend the need to work and find the abundance of the universe open up to you. It’s all about your beliefs.

The Chandra Symbol for this degree is “Supersensible beings manifesting through geometric forms.” These forms are just forms until these spirits come into them. And so life is nothing but a vast collection of many different types of forms. But what is most important is the consciousness moving within the form. The specific forms singled out here are regular, symetrical, perfect ones, ones that bring spiritual energy into the physical realm. You have the capacity to tune into spiritual energies and your ultimate challenge is to do this with more and more focus and to move with wherever those energies take you. In this you are not just being responsible to any one thing, but to everything – to the evolution of all.

Pleiadian Symbol: The locating of a particular frequency which, once tuned in to proliferates a wondrous harmony into the atmosphere.

Azoth Symbol: A woman senses the interconnected and simultaneous growth of everything.

Seed degree: Pisces 24. An empty perfume bottle, the scent completely gone. (Omega Symbol). Overcoming our deep yearning for the beauty and joy of the past, we eventually find a fullness and ripeness in the moment.

A spring festival. The participants are in a state of ecstatic frenzy. (Chandra Symbol). Our happiness and joy draws to it beings who, through their harmonizing influences assist us in finding a higher and more enduring bliss.

Fulfillment degree: Pisces 15. On a hill above a river the ruins of a castle. (Omega Symbol). Sensing that every moment is pregnant with a wealth of possibilities, we are then able to decide which ones we are going to explore, and which allow to pass us by – ultimately without worrying about the rightness of our actions or needing to justify our choices.

Many kinds of fruits arrayed on a silver tray. (Chandra Symbol). The angels who bring harmony and clarity to our world offer us many different kinds of spiritual foods, that express many forms of beauty and love.

Oracle
From the sky food entered his hand. He sat under the tree, in Paradise, thinking that the golden fruit hanging above him was eternal, and therefore inedible – which it was. But the tree had taken pity on him, and conferring mortality on its fruit, offered it to him. It was the Tree of Knowledge, which, since his original parents had already eaten of it, could no longer harm him, for he’d inherited an immunity to its poison.

Eating it he learned that some laws, like some fruit, are mortal, and hence subject to both death and transformation.
